MARA Code of Conduct

It is a legal requirement that migration agents in Australia undergo annual registration with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). They must meet competency standards, keep their knowledge of Australian Migration Law and procedure up to date, and abide by The Code of Conduct.

Among other things, the Code of Conduct stipulates that an agent must act in the best interests of their clients at all times, and must charge reasonable fees for their services.

Synergy Migration goes further than meeting the minimum standards set by the Migration Agents Registration Authority. As a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA), we subscribe to a higher level of service and competency
